Welcome to Washington Way! Strathcona Heights is 32 individually owned (strata titled) townhomes being built in four phases. You’ve heard the saying, that the “proof is in the pudding”, well in this case of the proof of quality, and location is here, because we sold out Phase I, prior to completion – 8 suites.
Each suite, all identical, is just over 1,200 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms PLUS den and/or office and 2 bathrooms. Sound proofing is important!!! It takes a little more effort, and money, but the effort, will make the suites more enjoyable to live in.
The location is truly wonderful, primarily because of the ocean views that the site offers the homeowner. The upstairs suites have un-obstructed ocean views, over the Strait Of Georgia, to the mainland mountains, looking north. The covered sundecks were designed for year round enjoyment, and to take advantage of the views!!! Most of the main floor suites have a partial ocean and mountain view, which is still very nice. The buildings are elevated about 5 feet ABOVE the road, so it is quieter, and car headlamps, will NOT shine into any suites.
