Who is on the VIcondos.com team?

VIcondos.com is an association of completely independant Real Estate Agents who have chosen to specialize in the condominium and townhome markets on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

For the most part, these independant Real Estate Agents work for different brokerage firms, and they all share the understanding that condominium ownership is different than single family housing ownership: different styles and different laws.

Each realtor associated with VIcondos.com is provincially licensed, bonded, and a member in good standing of the Real Estate Board in their area.

Most of our Real Estate Agents also market & sell single family houses.

To participate in this website each realtor must have taken training in condominium law, as provided by the Real Estate Council of BC, and have a thourough understanding of the Condominium Act in British Columbia. Without this training they are not permitted to advertise on VIcondos.com.
